Our champagne dark balsamic vinegar is complex and rich. This elegant balsamic owes its clean and crisp flavor to the blending of sparkling white French Champagne vinegar with our aged dark balsamic. With an acidity of 6% it adds a delightfully tart kick to many applications such as vinaigrettes, marinades and sauces. It owes its depth of flavor to the traditional Solera Method of aging and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena Italy.
Fantastic for use in vinaigrettes, marinades, sauces or wherever a clean taste and pitch-perfect acidity is desired.
Suggestions for Use:
- Great for marinating fish, chicken, meats, pork, and lamb
- Combine with Blood Orange, Basil or Roasted Walnut oil for a great salad dressing.
