Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our white balsamic vinegar undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of similar to other balsamic vinegars, however it is not caramelized. The result is a crisp, tart vinegar with a touch of sweetness. This is a tart balsamic vinegar with a residual grape flavor and 6% acidity.
Especially flavorful in salad dressings and light sauces for fish and seafood.
Suggestions for Use:
- Drizzle over fresh fruit salad
- Brush on seafood, sprinkled with fresh thyme and bake
- Combine with Eureka lemon or Persian Lime olive oil and drizzle on a lettuce wedge with fresh tomato and blue cheese
- Combine with Garlic olive oil and drizzle over green beans.
